This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo which is like a town home with a one car private garage. It has its own deck, large windows and gets lots of light. The living room has vaulted ceilings. It has open spaces and has a loft like feel. It is far enough back from 5th Street that there is not much noise. It is somewhat vertical and maybe considered by some a little tight, but it is a great condo. If I was looking to live South of Market I would definitely look at living here.
This is a 2 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Single Family Home, but lacks parking. It has a rear deck and large yard. There is currently a tenant in the rear unit which I believe is unwarranted. This unit is located near San Francisco General Hospital and lacks parking but it is only $530,000. You typically can not find a home in this area at this low price.
