This unit is located near San Francisco General Hospital and lacks parking but it is only $530,000. You typically can not find a home in this area at this low price. Sold 8/18/2011 for $511,000. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Single Family Home with 1 car parking. It has a traditional layout with a walk out garden and a deck off the kitchen. The bedrooms are away from the street and to the rear of the building. There is a formal dining room and a wood burning fireplace. This is a great home in a great location on Potrero.
