156 Divisadero St is the upper unit and 154 Divisadero St is the lower unit. Both units are 1 bedroom and 1 bath condos with fireplaces, side by side parking and downtown views. The upper unit had its kitchen removed but according to the listing agent it can be easily reinstalled. The units have been well maintained and there is a great garden. These units are on the lower cost side of the spectrum for their neighborhoods and thus the other properties should hold up their values. 154 Divisadero St Sold 7/29/2011 for $585,000. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo which is like a town home with a one car private garage. It has its own deck, large windows and gets lots of light. The living room has vaulted ceilings. It has open spaces and has a loft like feel. It is far enough back from 5th Street that there is not much noise. It is somewhat vertical and maybe considered by some a little tight, but it is a great condo. If I was looking to live South of Market I would definitely look at living here. |
